Abdulkhalid Ali Baba is the Head of Operations for Rudia Waste Management solutions. He is also a systems engineer. Has has worked with the national Blood service in UK, as an assistant technical officer (ATO), he was also a Senior Officer (Deputy Head of Region: Internal Audit) for Union Bank of Nigeria and Transmission Engineer for Siemens Information and Communications Network International.

He studied at Southampton Solent University and attained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours in Business Information Systems Programme and Information Technology Engineering from DeMontfort University Leicester. He has received qualifications for Diploma in Software Engineering, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer programme and accredited by Oxford University in Philosophy by the Faculty of Continuing Education. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Waste Management (CIWM) and the British Computer Society (BCS).

Toyin Aromire is the Head of Finance and Administration for Rudia Waste Management Solutions. He trained as an external auditor at Babatunde Adeyemo and Co. Chartered Accountants and also worked in various reputable organisations in the UK, such as British Gas, Moore Stephens Chartered Accountants, Skandia Financial Services and South West Train, where he was responsible for the provision of financial analysis and management reports.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University and a Masters degree in Management and Finance from the Southampton Solent University, UK. He is currently a student member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant and a member of the Chartered Institute of Waste Management, UK. He currently holds a level 1 certificate in Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), UK.

OLABISI SALAU is currently the Head of Business Development and Strategy of RUDIA Waste Management Solutions. He began his career in Asset and Resource Management Company, a foremost asset management company in Nigeria. His initial role was in the corporate strategy unit, where he supported the head of the unit to complete a business strategy for a banc assurance company in Nigeria. He later moved to the Business development unit where he managed the various clients of the Asset Management division of the company, as well as the strategy for the corporate website. He later worked with Kaizen International, an advertising company base in the UK, and then moved to Lloyds TSB Bank, also in the UK, before coming back to Nigeria to be a part of RUDIA Nigeria Ltd.

Olabisi graduated from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, where he obtained his first degree; BSc in Economics. He later obtained a Masters degree in Management and International Business at the Southampton Business School, UK. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Waste Management, UK and has attended some seminars and workshops on waste management in the UK.
